How it works
Payment 1 — at checkout
Item + Service Fee
When you place your order, you pay the item price plus our 15% service fee (minimum $5). We then purchase the item from the Japanese seller and have it shipped to our warehouse.

Payment 2 — after item arrives at warehouse
International Shipping
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we weigh and measure it, then email you with the exact shipping options and costs. You choose your carrier and pay the precise amount — no estimates, no adjustments.

Why two payments?
International shipping costs depend on the actual weight and dimensions of the packaged item — not what's listed online. Sellers often use approximate weights, and packaging adds bulk. Rather than overcharging you upfront with padded estimates, we wait until your item is physically in our hands and we know the real cost. You pay exactly what shipping costs, every time.
